Dr. Joe and the office staff have been excellent for us to work with. We are able to do our appointments in the morning before school most days. On the occasion my kids are late for school, the office staff is helpful in printing notes for my son to take to the school office. My son says, "I don't really like having braces, but I like the way the orthodontist tries to be as gentle as possible." He approves, which means I'm happy as well.
